Do the four exercises for one minute each. After you’ve completed the circuit, rest for one minute. Then repeat 3 to 5 times.
1. Sumo Deadlift High Pull
Keep the kettlebell close to your body and focus on your legs doing the work.
2. Box Jump
Tighten your core before you jump.
3. Alternating Rear Stepping Lunge
Make sure your stance is wide enough to stay balanced.
4. Supine Hip Bridge
Keep your abs tight and heels pressed into the floor.
