Introducing New Beta Version of Online Training Programs!

We’re excited to announce the launch of our new online training program and members area. We’ve designed it to become your personal hub for improving health and performance at—a place where you can access all your stuff, including your personalized training and nutrition program. And as “Beta” implies, we’re just getting started.

As of today, the Beta version includes:

  • New workout display – easy-to-follow presentation of workouts with simple instructions
  • New video display – no annoying pop-ups or extra windows to view instructional exercise videos
  • New Gameplan – better interface and smoother operation to navigate your program

To give it a try, sign into your program (or join here) and click on the long strip, or ribbon, near the top of the page where it says “Join for Free.”

You can return to the Classic view at any point by clicking on the “classic” button in the upper right-hand corner of your program. The Classic view includes all the features you’re used to, including your nutrition plan, account settings and the ability to switch to a different program.

We’ll be rolling out more new features soon, and we’ll keep you updated along the way. But more than just keep you posted of changes, we truly want to engage in discussion with you so that we can ultimately build the best training programs on the Web for you. We know this won’t happen overnight, but with your input and the renowned trainers at Athletes’ Performance, together we can make it happen.
